Submit a request to remove your account and personal data from our platform.
Important notice
Subscription and account deletions only take effect at the end of your current billing term.
Fill in the details below and select Draft email to support. Your default email client will open with everything pre-filled — nothing is sent until you send that message.
Your details
What gets deleted
- Your user profile, login credentials and personal details.
- Notification preferences, saved filters and dashboard layouts.
- Any documents you uploaded that are not required for tax or accounting records.
What we keep
Invoices, payment records and load history tied to a completed transaction are retained for the period required by law and our accounting obligations. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties beyond the processors described in our Privacy Policy.
Timing
Once your billing term ends we action the request within 30 days and email you a confirmation. If you need help sooner, contact support@ramfreighttechnologies.com.
