Cancellation policy
Per our Terms of Service, all payments are non-refundable. Your subscription access continues until the
end of your current billing cycle, after which it expires and will not renew.
Open the billing portal
Subscriptions are managed through our secure Stripe billing portal. You will be asked to authenticate with the email address on your account, then you can change your plan, update a card, download invoices or cancel.

Before you cancel
- Download your invoices. Generate any statements you still need from the billing portal first — historical invoices stay available while the account is open.
- Export your data. Orders, clients and documents can be exported from RAM TMS before access ends.
- Remove seats instead. If only part of your team has stopped using RAM, remove those seats and keep the rest of the workspace running.
- Cancel at the right time. Cancelling mid-cycle does not shorten your access; it stops the next renewal.
Stopping GPS and status emails
Notification emails are controlled per user inside RAM TMS under your profile settings. Turning them off does not change your subscription.
